Darmond’s Green Avenue, off Townsend Lane, is the latest area being regenerated and developers hope to build bigger houses will stop growing families having to leave L4.

Mount Property Group is the company behind the “11 well appointed three storey, four bedroom executive town houses”. They said: “The area is in dire need of large family homes and there are currently no other new-build developments that boast the same scale and features as the properties offered by Darmond’s Green.”

The homes are three storeys high, with four bedrooms and THREE BATHROOMS. They also feature a driveway and a back garden, with a patio which makes these addresses “highly desirable to locals with growing families, as well as to investors”.

The properties are on the market now, from £224,950, with purchase assistance available from the government’s Help to Buy scheme.

Inside, the town houses have open-plan living rooms, kitchens and dining areas, four generously sized bedrooms, a family bathroom on each of the three floors and a downstairs toilet.

Mount added: “We are committed to the regeneration of Liverpool. By offering this development in a key regeneration area the company aims to provide much needed homes to the local community.”

A spokesman from Hunters – the estate agent for the project – said: “The Darmond’s Green development is much needed in Anfield and we have no doubt that it will be welcomed.
